Clearview 27-1 intent to drill

9-28-17 Here is directions to the well.  From the town of Henryetta, OK proceed west on I 40 interstate to highway 75 (Weleeka) exit approximately 8.5 miles then turn south on 75 and travel 2.8 miles and the well site is on the west side of the road (left)

10-1-17  Because of weather and coring on the well that the rig is on now there is going to be a 5 to 7 day delay on moving in on Clearview 27-1 well.

10-6-17 Installed rock in bad places on lease road to get rig in and graded mud off of road, rig will start moving in Monday 10-9-17, also had surface casing delivered to site.

10-9-17 Worked on location and road to get rig in got five loads in and road fell out so we had to order some mat boards and just got them installed as it started to rain, shut down for the night and will start back in the morning.  Should be drilling by tomorrow afternoon

10-10-17 We had a pretty good rain last night so we Had to put more mat boards down to get the rest of the drilling rig in but was successful at the end of the day, got the rig rigged up and started drilling surface around 7:30 pm.

10-11-17 We got the surface casing in and cemented yesterday then waited 9 hours for cement to set nippled up and started drilling at 3:00 this morning 632′ at 7:30 this morning

10-13-17 Drilling has been going real good so far we are at a depth of 2467′ this morning 7:00 am having no problems should start slowing down on the drill rate shortly because of harder material.

(4:55 pm) I just spoke with the mud logger and one the gilcrease sands had good clean sand with good florescence in it, that’s where we also had the good gas kick.

10-14-17 We had bit problems at 2633′ so we had to do a bit trip out and started drilling again but the bit that we put in was not cutting good after about 7 hours so this morning we did another bit trip and put in a 7 blade pdc bit and we are back on bottom drilling again its drilling much better. We have had some gas shows in the mud log and some oil shows but won’t know anything until we log to see if there is any porosity.

10-15-17 We had no problems drilled to 3779′ some slow drilling but we had some shows on the mud log.

10-16-17 We TD’d  this morning and circulated  and did short trip and came out of hole for logging with first truck and then had second logging truck come in and log.

10-17-17 Log all day.

10-18-17 Finished logging, ordered production casing and tripped back in hole to clean well bore out and trip out of hole and nipple up for casing  Install casing and then cement casing in and start to rig drilling down.  Waiting on cement to set and start completion.  Just a side note, we circulated some oil and gas up the hole time that we were cementing the well.

10-31-17 Brought in rig swabbed down 500’ and then run bond log and then perf’d Cromwell zone 17′ 4 spf swabbed down well had small show of gas no fluid entry coming in, had acid company come in pumped 1000  gals acid and swabbed the rest of the day was getting a little gas and a show of oil shut down for the night.

11-1-17 Had 140 lbs of pressure on well this morning started swabbing swabbed all day long oil got up to a 5% cut with about 18 bbls an hour coming in the hole, shut down for meeting with Hill Country on progress.

11-2-17 Had 140 lbs in well swabbed well down and had went in and opened the gilcrease zone 2578′ to 2581′ and set plug over Cromwell well started showing gas after perf.  Had rig start swabbing pulled two swabs and well blew swab out of hole, shut down the well for the night.

11-3-17 Opened well to atmosphere. See attached video

Had 340lbs pressure on well opened well up to swab tank checked flow for two hours no change made decision to shut in well and put in tubing Monday morning and wait for gas company for production.  Installed tank battery and started hooking it up

WORKOVER OPERATIONS

02-13-2018 Moved in workover unit and set temporary bridge plug below the Union Valley Lime formation (2762’-30’), and moved up and set isolation packer.  Swabbed the zone and found presence of oil and gas. Moved in Wallace Acid of Seminole Oklahoma.  Pumped into formation at 10 to 12 barrels per minute at 700psi, and displaced with lease salt water.  The treatment procedure was 500 gallons of 22% HCL over the perforations and allowed to soak for thirty minutes.  Pumped in with salt water spacer and additional 500 gallons of retarded acid     (time delay before reacting). Displaced with salt water then the final treatment of active 500 gallons of 22% HCL and displaced.  Allowed to set for one hour and started swabbing back the fluid.  After the initial return of acid gas, the well produced pure oil without any presence of formation water.

02-14-2018 Swabbed the well and found 1400’of pure oil in the tubing.  Released the packer and retrieved the temporary bridge plug and moved up to the Wapanucka Lime formation (2723’-2730’) and set the temporary bridge plug below the Wapanucka Lime formation.  Swabbed the well and found another presence of oil and gas in the isolated zone.  Seemed to produce more gas than the Union Valley Lime. Shut down for the evening.

02-15-2018 Repeated the same acid treatment to this formation as the Union Valley lime formation, and the zone treated very well.  Removed the plug and packer from the well and ran back in with tubing and bottom-hole assembly after successfully swabbing the acid treatment.  We have now commingled all of the open formations in the well to include the Gilcrease formation that was originally tested.  Ran one swab and noticed large presence of oil in the swab run.  Shut down for the evening.

02-16-2018 Morning test showed the well flowing up the backside and large presence of oil on the first swab run.  Operator ran in with the insert pump, rods, and started the pumping unit.  At 12P.M. the well was set to pumping fluid and producing 85mcf of gas in the first 15 minutes of being turned on.  The operator will monitor this well closely over the weekend.
